REQUIREMENTS
Need your STOCKPILE/PICKUP order(s) dispatched urgently? No WhatsApp message is required.
Simply use the delivery link provided to submit your delivery request and clearly list all your pending STOCKPILE/PICKUP Order Number(s) in the NOTE section.
Payment of the delivery fee serves as confirmation for processing your delivery request. Requests without a delivery fee payment may not be processed.
Where the delivery fee is not automatically specified, kindly pay the minimum delivery fee of ₦2,000. Any outstanding balance will be communicated by the assigned rider/driver and can be paid upon confirmation of the exact delivery cost.
If the exact delivery fee is displayed, kindly proceed with payment, then click PLACE ORDER.
Please note that bulkier parcels or deliveries to interior or remote locations may attract additional delivery charges.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As the ORDERER, ensure your personal details are permanently filled in the BILLING INFORMATION section.
If you want us to deliver directly to your customer, enter your customer’s delivery details in the NOTE section only—not in the BILLING INFORMATION section.

WAYBILLS
▪ Nationwide Waybilling: All Eastern, Western, Southern, and Northern waybills are usually taken to the park every evening (a day prior to being waybilled), then waybilled the following day. If you require urgent waybilling, it is advised that you assign a picker to pick up at your lead.
▪ ₦500 Park Drop-off Fee is compulsory and is automatically added once you click “Shipping” on the website. (Bulkier items attract additional fees, which will be communicated to the orderer by our staff if necessary).
▪ If you are bringing external goods to be added to your purchased order(s), the basic fee still applies unless the bulkiness is significant.
▪Fast Track Park Drop-off:
Only Abeokuta waybills can be taken to the park immediately, provided riders are available for pickup. (Fast Track charges on the website — ₦1,000 or more, depending on the bulkiness of the parcel.)
