Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in the email address you provided at checkout. If it’s not in your inbox, kindly check your spam or promotions folder.

How can I return an item?

All items picked/ dispatched in good condition are non-returnable and non-refundable, as we are a wholesale store that sells with minimal profit margins and had done our due diligence on all ordered products for accountability. See more details on our returns and refund policy page.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Certainly! We restock as quickly as possible.
Some items are currently unavailable because we are expecting new arrivals shortly, so they will be back soon. Others have been permanently removed because they have been delisted or will only be restocked at a later date.

When will I receive my order?

Due to varying delivery timelines for both Intra- and Inter-State shipments, we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time, as road conditions can be unpredictable. However, rest assured that our riders and drivers always prioritize your best interest and strive to ensure timely delivery.
