Before dispatching any order, we ensure the following:
•Every item is properly counted, registered, and confirmed
•Orders are carefully packed
•Clear pictures/videos are taken to show the exact condition of the items
•These pictures/videos are sent to the orderer, especially for delivery and waybill orders
Because of this transparent process, we strongly encourage customers to record their unboxing videos if they ever need to raise a concern (though dissatisfaction is uncommon due to our careful system).
2. Pickup & Stockpile Orders
All pickup/stockpile orders undergo a complete visual capture before dispatch. These materials are sent to customers to assure them that the packing process is complete and accurate.
Further physical examination of items is carried out once the orderer states the next action required. This preserves our credibility and ensures all parties stay aligned.
3. Mandatory Pickup Verification
For the comfort of both parties:
•Customers should ensure their order(s) are intact, complete, and in perfect condition before leaving with them.
•Verification is done strictly during pickup, and customers are required to patiently follow through as each item is examined.
This verification protects both the customer and the business, guaranteeing fairness, transparency, and peace of mind.
4. Refund & Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of wholesale and stock turnover:
•Refunds or returns can only be processed if supported by clear evidence (photos/videos) showing a genuine issue.
•Unboxing videos must be provided for delivered or waybilled items.
•Items already verified and taken away from our pickup point may not be eligible for refund or return except under special circumstances evaluated by our team.
